How To Cancel or Change an Order

Send an email to  orders@osiamo.com as soon as possible so we can notify our warehouse to not ship your order. We generally ship within 24 hours so time is of the essence. Please include your order confirmation number.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as Diners Club, JCB, ACH Debit, PayPal and PayPal Credit in our online store.

When will my credit card be charged?

If you place your order with a credit card, you will only be charged for items once they ship. That means if your order has some items that are on backorder, you will only be charged for those items once they ship.

Problem with your order?

We do our best to ensure we ship your order correctly and in a timely manner. Sometimes errors happen. When they do, we work with you to resolve to your satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, contact us right away and we will get it solved for you.

Received a defective product?

If you receive a product that you think is defective, please contact us right away so we can provide technical assistance or issue a return authorization. Returned items will be exchanged or refunded.

Hassle-Free Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your new gear, we don’t want you to be stuck with it. Contact us within 14 days of receipt and we’ll exchange or refund the purchase price.

Want to start a return?

Contact us for a RA (Return Authorization). Please follow the below guidelines to ensure proper handling of your return by our warehouse.
  • Write RA number on shipping label
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in, in the original packaging, with all manuals, accessories and other contents included in the original order.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method, and we highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance as well.
