What carriers do you use to ship?

We use USPS and UPS.

When will you ship my order?

We ship orders generally within one business day of receipt. In the event that we are out of stock, we will contact you and offer you options.

Do you ship to APO/FPO boxes?

Yes, select USPS Priority Mail during checkout.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico?

Yes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship USPS. For USPS first class international, it will NOT have tracking capabilities. This method is extremely affordable, but please allow up to 8 weeks to receive your item. This time heavily depends on your country and it's customs procedures. If you don't see your country listed please contact us.

What if I receive an item that's defective?

Please contact us to request an RMA for exchange or replacement within 30 days.

What if I want to return an item for a refund?

What if I receive a damaged item?

In the event it is damaged in transit, please take images of the damage and packaging, then please contact us to request an RMA for exchange or replacement.
