Kee Marcello is one of the most renowned guitarists out of Scandinavia with an amazing track record. From the hugely successful Swedish glam/pop group Noise in the early 80’s through the first U.S. major label deal ever signed by a Scandinavian group: Easy Action (Warner Bros.), and on to multimillion selling success with one of the biggest music exports out of Sweden to date: Europe.In the late 80’s and early 90’s Europe was one of the biggest rock bands in the World. They sold over 30 million albums, landed no 1’s on the sales charts in 26 countries and shared the biggest stages with acts like Metallica, Def Leppard & Bon Jovi. Kee joined the band in 1986 when Europe got their big break with The Final Countdown and toured all over the world with Europe and released two more albums with the band: Out of This World and Prisoners in Paradise.

All these stories can be found in his uncut autobiography: The Rock Star That God Forgot that was released in 2011. The book became a Best Seller and garnered great reviews.
The technical perfection and feel that Kee strives for as a guitar player has developed an original tone and that trademark Les Paul sound, abilities to play extremely fast, yet every note crisp and clear. Together with his sense of melody in writing the most memorable solos makes him stand out among the many talented guitar players in the world.
Kee is in a group of very special guitar players; he's a man of many talents. This guy is not only a World-class guitar player, he is also a much acclaimed singer/songwriter and producer with multimillion selling songs in his catalogue. He’s even been a musical star when he participated in the unique Swedish production of Rock of Ages, acting as himself in a part written for especially him. The musical was a massive success and played to sold out houses in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Helsingborg for four seasons.
He’s currently on a sold out arena tour in Sweden with ”Rock Of 80’s”, a spin-off project of ROA. Kee has released 5 solo albums. The currently released SCALING UP (2016) features 12 melodic hard rock tracks with a touch of blues, all accompanied by Marcello’s powerful, yet soulful vocals and trademark guitar sound. The album is receiving excellent reviews and is described as: catchy, raw, and densely packed with sturdy melodies and razor clawed axe work.
Over the years he’s built up a solid fan-base all over the world and still keeps busy playing that guitar. On stage this man still has it, still aims for perfection and puts on a great show wherever he is.
